Conditions for design of cooling water for plastic mold processing:

The water transportation margin and product material margin are generally not less than 10MM, and should be designed between 10MM-12MM as far as possible; the alloy mold is generally 25MM;the water delivery margin and the margin settings of the insert needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material are as follows:

  • 1.Inner molds under 200MM, the water transport margin and the margin of the insert needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material level are not less than 3.5MM:
  • 2.Inner molds larger than 200MM-400MM, the water-carrying margin and the margins of inserting needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material level are not less than 4MM;
  • 3.Inner molds larger than 200MM-400MM, the water transportation margin and the margin of the inserting needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material level are not less than 4MM;
  • 4.Inner molds larger than 400MM-600MM, the water-carrying margin and the margins of inserting pins, thimble, cylinder, and inserts are not less than 5MM;
  • 5.The inner mold of more than 600MM, the water delivery margin and the margin of the needle, thimble, secretary tube and insert material level are not less than 8MM;

The water transport, gas cap and oil pressure circuit are not less than 8MM;
The water transport side and the mouth side of the mouth are not less than 8MM:
The water transport side and the inner mold side are not less than 10MM;
The distance design of water transportation and water transportation in the same direction:

  • 1.When the two pipe joints are in the same direction, the closest distance of the center is not less than 38MM;
  • 2. When the pipe joint and the throat plug are in the same direction, the closest distance of the center is not less than 25MM;
  • 3.When the two laryngeal plugs are in the same direction, the closest distance of the center is not less than 20MM;
  • 4.When the large mold material area is large, the water transport distance in the same direction, the center distance is generally 60MM;

The edge of the rubber ring of the water barrier is not less than 2MM; the throat plug and the throat plug are not less than 5MM;

Generally, no more than 8 spacers are connected in series for each water transportation circuit, (American fisherman customers require no more than 6 spacers in series;)
Nine, when designing the cooling water of the insert, the closest distance between the transport water and the material level of the insert should be 5MM;
