The injection mold is a tool for producing plastic products; it is also a tool for giving plastic products a complete structure and precise dimensions. Injection molding is a processing method used in mass production of certain shapes and complex parts. Specifically, the plastic melted by heat is injected into the mold cavity by a high-pressure injection molding machine, and after cooling and solidification, a molded product is obtained.
The matters needing attention in the production of injection molds are:
- 1. All kinds of screw holes are accurate and the number of holes is fully locked;
- 2. Whether the depth of the countersunk head of the various punches on the back of the splint reaches the depth of the head of the punch (the same is true for the guide post);
- 3. Whether the top material tip in each type of mold is ground and chamfered on the front side;
- 4. Whether the relevant matching dimensions of each step are completely correct (punch and block);
- 5. Pay attention to whether the R angle is smooth and polished for various bending dies;
- 6. Whether each template uses oil stone to remove burrs;
- 7. Special attention should be paid to the height of the template during the manufacturing process;
- 8. Check whether the avoidance position inside the mold is complete;
- 9. Pay attention to whether the spring hole depth reaches the standard compression ratio;
- 10. Check whether the blanking hole is completely avoided;
- 11. Whether the positioning block and the straight part of the positioning tip height meet the standard of the top material tip;
- 12. Before assembly, pay attention to whether the cutting edge is sharp;
- 13. Whether the ratio of spring is enough to prevent the material from being out of order;
- 14. After the assembly is completed, both the upper and lower molds should check the size of the female mold;
- 15. The combined bending die must check the size of the mother die;
- 16. “Demagnetization” All templates and punches are grinded to generate magnetic force, which should be demagnetized before the mold is assembled;
- 17. The use of iron and copper hammers shall not be harmful to the punch block or die surface, etc .;
- 18. In order to make the disassembly of the mold easy and safe, whether the various shaped punches and the die are riveted or fixed with screws; in addition, whether the lower die and the lower seat of the lower die are drilled with screw heads to escape the hole so that the die is not in the die The state is taken out.
