What conditions should be met for the cooling water design of plastic mold processing
1. The water transport margin and product material margin are generally not less than 10MM, and should be designed between 10MM-12MM as much as possible; the alloy mold is generally 25MM;
Second, the water delivery margin and the margin settings of the insert needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material are as follows:
